Shipping & Returns Policy
• Orders (DVD's, Clothing, Certifications, Manuals, etc) are generally shipped in 3-4 business days after your order is processed. They normally take an additional 3-4 days business days to arrive.
• Orders are processed Monday – Friday during normal business hours.
• Standard shipping will be sent via United States Postal Service from Los Angeles, CA.
• We will accept returns on merchandise that is damaged or does not fit and offer full refund (minus shipping costs) as long as the merchandise is postmarked within 2 calendar days of receipt.
• Seller is not responsible for shipping costs in the case buyer wishes to return merchandise.
• Please keep in mind all measuring tables available on our site prior to making your order.
• This return policy is in place as a precaution to avoid used merchandise being returned to us.
• Remember if you wear it and return worn or damaged merchandise it raises costs to us and prices for everyone.
• Please help us keep our prices low!
• Normally in-store we do not accept any returns or exchanges because customers can try on dresses in-store. We understand when ordering merchandise online it’s a different situation.
• We are glad to offer any information on our merchandise before you make your order by contacting us via phone or email so you can take advantage of our expertise. We will be glad to offer our advice on sizing based on your current measurements.
Dance It Out Certification Orders (additional information)
- A review DVD and DIO ® manual will be sent to you prior to certification days.
- All other included materials will be provided for you at the time of check-in.
- When paying by credit card, charges "may" appear as “DANCE WITH ME LLC”.
- If paying by check and it is returned non-sufficient funds (NSF) there will be a $35 fee, in addition to the registration fee.
- All registrations are non-refundable, no exceptions! We require a minimum number of registrants to hold an event, so make sure to REGISTER EARLY. If the minimum number of registrants is not reached and the event is cancelled, your payment will be refunded within a maximum 30 days of the scheduled date. All DIO ® materials must be returned before refunds can be processed.
- If your event is cancelled you will be contacted via email or phone. So, please ensure we have your correct contact information. We are not responsible for the costs you incur arranging to attend an event, this includes travel, hotel, or shipping fees to return materials etc.
- Dance It Out ® does not provide liability insurance waivers. Every instructor is an independent contractor who decides his/her rates, schedule, terms & agreements, etc. Please refer to your insurance company, or the facility in which you teach.
- Cameras and recording devices are prohibited.
There are no refunds for DIO ® events. The event, rental space, etc are determined from sold tickets, rsvps, etc.
Black Friday Sale
